§ 154-3. Code enforcement officials.

Said code shall be enforced by the code enforcement officials, including the Building Inspector, who shall be the chief code enforcement officer, Code Enforcement Officer, the Assistant Building Inspector, or a duly appointed representative by the Rotterdam Town Board. The Plumbing Inspector is designated as a code enforcement officer for the purpose of enforcing Article 9 of the Uniform Code.
